A classic chesterfield with fixed back and seat. The shape is compact with exquisite details; the front border curves outwards slightly between the arms, the back and arms have sweeping curves as they travel from the inside to the outside of the piece and the fine pleats on the front of the arms give a tailored finish. There is no compromise on comfort, Orwell is neatly proportioned with a formal upright sitting position.

Eco Velvet Peacock – Rich teal blue-green with a deep, saturated tone. Woven upholstery fabric with a short, dense cut pile (velvet or velour appearance) Composition: 100% Polyester

Heritage

Originally created as a three-piece room set for a John Sankey lifestyle photoshoot, these pieces were made specifically to demonstrate how different colours, textures and upholstery choices could be confidently combined within one considered interior.
Created for our lifestyle photography archive and never intended as a standard matching suite, these pieces offer an interesting piece of John Sankey provenance. Now released through Rare Access, they can be enjoyed together as originally conceived or individually as distinctive pieces in their own right.
