A supremely comfortable chair with full head and back support, the Gibson Chair combines a fully sprung seat with a hand-buttoned padded back for a luxurious and supportive sit. Its generous proportions and classic detailing make it a refined accent chair for both relaxed and formal interiors. Each hand-crafted frame is constructed from selected fully seasoned birch and other hardwoods, expertly doweled, glued, and screwed with corner blocks for exceptional rigidity. The seat is fully upholstered on a serpentine spring unit, while the buttoned back is upholstered on woven elasticated webbing for comfort and structure. This model is dressed in Forster Autumn, a textured upholstery weave, with piping and button detailing in Grey Leather for a sophisticated contrast. To complete the look, the solid beech legs are hand-polished in an Antique Oak finish. Fabric composition: 80% Polyester, 15% Viscose, 5% Cotton.
